I Graduated from a Top (not gonna say the name ) School. It Was a Waste of Money. I’m a professional chef. Here’s the truth about the "education" system they're selling you.
I did it all 'the right way.' I got the formal degree. I became a cook. I stepped into my first high-pressure kitchen and realized the truth within 24 hours: my education was irrelevant. I watched people with 1-year diplomas walk in. They were in the same boat. We were all just 'Recipe Robots.' We could follow instructions, but we had zero understanding of food.
The system is Broken
I looked around. It was a global problem. You see it around you every day. People on social media, blindly following a recipe. Theirs never looks like the video. Why? The "guru" didn't tell them their pan was different, their stove was hotter, or their ingredients were colder. You pay for online class. You get a beautiful movie. A one-way content dump. You can't ask questions. You can't clear your doubts.
There is zero back-and-forth. The basics you get to know here is what does this do why it is yellow why it is brown why is little thing looking like moss. This is the critical flaw: Everyone is selling content, but no one is providing feedback and relevant knowledge you are not here to watch you are here to cook. Cooking is a hands-on skill, but the entire online industry is hands-off. Others have tried to teach 'intuitive cooking.' Their execution fails. They're afraid of the 1-on-1 work. They're not built for it.
I built this to be the fix. It's built on the one thing that actually works: Real chefs, critiquing your real food, backed by an AI that forces you to practice. This is the only thing that can actually solves the problem.
